Survived by her husband, Mack F. Hafen, Nephi; daughters, Shana H. (Gene) Stevens, Beavercreek, Ohio; Marcia H. (Byron) Dansie, San Jose, California; Lou Ann H. (Leo) Osborne, Nephi; son, Ed Mack (Trudy) Hafen, Melba, Idaho; 19 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 4, 1996 in the Nephi 8th Ward, 222 So. 100 East. Friends may call Sunday eve. from 6-8 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home, 94 West 300 No. and at the church one hour prior to services. Burial in the Mt. Pleasant City Cemetery.
