CHARLES HENRY KIMBALL, born at North Andover, Mass. 29 February 1852; died at 100 I. Street, South Boston, Mass. 3 July 1915, age 63 yrs. 4 mos. 5 dys., due to heart disease. He married at North Andover, Mass. 22 October 1874 (by Rev. J.W. Lewis),CAROLINE ELIZA PELTON, born at Depere, Wisconsin 22 January 1851; died at Danbury, N.H. 6 July 1928, age 77 yrs. 5 mos. 14 dys., due to a cerebral hemorrhage and hypostatic pneumonia (5 dys.). Caroline moved to Michigan at the age of one year, where she lived until she was 15 (1866). She moved east to North Andover, Mass where she worked in a mill. After they were married Charles and Caroline lived in Boston for twenty-eight years. They moved to Danbury, N.H. in 1900. Charles and Caroline (9 July 1928) were buried at (Lot # 396), Ridgewood Cemetery, North Andover, Mass. Charles was raised as a Master Mason 28 December 1875 with Gate of the Temple Lodge (now of Stoughton, Mass.), and became Worshipful Master (1885), and Secretary (1892-1904), he was also a 33rd Degree Mason. Caroline was a member of the Baptist Church and and the New England Order of Protection. Her obituary appeared in the Manchester Union Leader, 9 July 1928, p. 12. On her death record Caroline is listed as having resided in Danbury, N.H. for eight years. Children: Ruth Pelton Kimball, b. at Boston 17 March 1894; d. at Danbury, N.H. April, 1979. She married at Danbury 27 April 1914 (by Rev. C.W. Jackson) to Eddie Luke Phelps; Bertha and Charles L. Kimball died in N.H. without issue.
