Etta Mae Branson, 88, of Knightstown died Nov. 23, 1997. Born Sept. 14, 1909, in Scipio, she was the daughter of James and Myrtle (Bevins) Cox.
She worked as a housewife.
Survivors include her two sons, John Fletcher of Knightstown and Richard Fletcher of Greenfield; sister Carroll Demic of Arizona; 14 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Branson; son Charles Fletcher; daughters Patsy Rehfuss and Joan VanHoose; sisters Josephine Hamm and Eva Stewart; and brothers Charles Dale, Ted and Jim Cox.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Pasco Memorial Mortuary in Greenfield with the Rev. Mark Dwyer officiating. Burial will follow at graveside Park Cemetery in Greenfield. Friends may call from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
