Lee was a 1970 graduate from Illinois School for the Deaf, member of Illinois School for the Deaf Alumni Assn., Operating Engineers Local 520, Highland Moose Lodge #2479, Troy Ill.Volunteer Fire Department with 25 years of service and the Madison County Fire Fighter Assn. He was an avid fisherman, hunter, farmer, he enjoyed wood working. Most of all he enjoyed life, his family and all of his friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Gustiv "Gus" Suter.
Surviving are his wife Sondra (nee Holshouser) Suter of St. Jacob, Ill.; Sons, Tobey A. (Julia) Suter Sr. of Troy, Ill., and Corey D.(Kylie) Suter of Highland, Ill.; his mother Dorothy L. (nee Keck) Suter of Highland, Ill.; Step-sons, Jason (Kristi) Sutter of Troy, Ill., and Tony Di-Tucci Jr. of Orlando, FL; Step-daughters, Niki (Steve) Owens and Angela (Zach) Simmons both of Troy, Ill.; grandchildren Tobey Suter Jr., Wyatt Suter, Lilian Suter and Lane Suter and several step-grandchildren.
