She was born July 31, 1984, in Keokuk, the daughter of Robert and Kellie Hardman Wrieden. She was a senior at Keokuk High School and was employed by Burger King. She loved being with her friends, listening to music, and being an 18-year-old.
She is survived by her father, Robert Wrieden and Rhea Humes of Keokuk; her mother, Kellie Smith and her husband, Ed, of Keokuk; two sisters, Misty Wrieden and Trina Wrieden of Keokuk; paternal grandmother, Lois Wrieden of Luray, Missouri and maternal grandparents, Glenda and Jerry Hardman Sr. of Keokuk; great-grandmother, Viola Hardman of Keokuk; niece, Kylie Wrieden of Keokuk; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Francis Wrieden; great-grandparents, Pansy and Horace Mann and Darrel Hardman.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, November 13, 2002, at DeJong's Funeral Home with Brother Bill Hauser officiating. Burial was in Hickory Grove Cemetery north of Keokuk.
Memorials may be made to the Shriners' Crippled Children Hospitals.
