Wilson, his brothers Earl, Gordon, and James. William is preceded in death by his sister Nettie Faucette, his father George Ernest Harper, and his son Johnnie Ray Harper. Born in Zephyrhills, Florida on April 7th, 1944, William served in the U.S. Army, he was a laborer in the construction industry, and did landscaping later in Life.
