She was one of the first set of triplets ever born at the Baptist Hospital in Houston, Texas. She lived most of her life in Palestine and was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her father Albert Leon Adams; mother, Florence Faye Adams Hale; husband, C. R. Smith; twin sister, Shirley Faye Adams Hale; sister, Joyce Glenn and brother Robert Ray (born as a triplet) but died at just a few months of age. Mrs. Smith was the last of the original Adams twin/ Wacha twin marriage in 1948.
Mrs. Smith is survived by her sons Steve Albert Wacha (Debbie) and Fred Ernest Wacha, Jr. (Janean); daughter Dianna Lynn Wacha McCann (Steve); ten grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.
