Mt. Penn, Jan. 27 (Special).-
Jonathan Bright, the last survivor of the 93rd Regiment, Pennsylvania Volunteers, in Berks County, passed away suddenly at the home of his son Mason A. Bright, postmaster, at 1:05 p.m. today. Death was due to apoplexy. His age 76 years, 9 months and 7 days. Deceased has been in ill health since October last.
He was a native of Penn Township, having been born in Tulpehocken Church farm, west of Bernville, For a number of years he was a boatman on the Union Canal. He was married to Mary Hoover, who preceded him in death 24 years. He was baptized in the Lutheran faith.
Besides a brother, William, Philadelphia, there survive five children, Mrs. Emma Stoner and Elmer S. Bright, both of Lebanon; Mrs. Dora Gingrich, Leona and Mason, this borough. Undertaker John F. Lutz has charge of the remains.

Miles may have died as a child,
Leona seems to have been adopted by another family.
