54 08/06/1955 01/02/2010 Ronald G. Helgeson, 54, of Sherwood, peacefully passed away at home Jan. 2, 2010. Born Aug. 6, 1955, to Dorothy and Oliver Helgeson, Ron was one of six children. Ron is survived by his com-panion, Betty; sisters, Bonnie and Mary; brothers, Gary and James; and many nephews; nieces; cousins; and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Jeff. Ron was a proud 30-year member of Local 320. He loved fishing, camping and hunting. The past two years Ron fulfilled his dreams of traveling in their RV with Betty and their little dog, Miley. Ron was a giver, always willing to help anyone. He loved to joke and tease the people he cared about. Ron is loved by many friends and family who will miss him dearly.
