ALDRED, Ada - Of Flint, age 68, died Tuesday, November 6, 2007 at her residence. Funeral service will be held at 1:30 PM, Saturday, November 10, 2007 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Jim Garfield officiating. Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery. Ada was born in Ages, Kentucky on March 4, 1939, the daughter of William and Matilda (Jarvis) Moore. On June 14, 1955 she married William Aldred in Flint. She loved to spend time with her grandchildren. Ada liked to knit and enjoyed bowling. She retired from General Motors, Turnstedt Coldwater Road Plant with 17 years of service. Surviving are Husband, Sandy (William); son, Billy (Tammy) Aldred of Flint, Jerry Aldred of Florida, Jimmy (Jill) Aldred of Flint; son, Josh Aldred; daughter, Jackie Aldred and Jenna Aldred; daughter-in-law, Pamela Aldred of Flint; brother, Bob (Sue) Moore of Bois Blanc Island; many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Ryan and daughter Selina; sister Martha "Boots", Aline, Nell Francis; brother, Roger and James Moore.
