JAMES STENGER, TILE SHOP OWNER
James Stenger, owner of Stenger Tile and Marble in Lake Worth for 38 years, died Tuesday. He was 63 years old.
A resident of 1716 Catherine Ct., Lake Worth, he was a member of the Trowel Guild, the International Union of Brick Layers and Allied Crafts Local 6, all of West Palm Beach.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia; two sons, Gregory Stenger and James Stenger, both of Lake Worth; three daughters, Linda Beatty of West Palm Beach, Kathleen Richardson of Hypoluxo and Jeannette Stenger of Lake Worth; three step-children; Leo Patterson, Lynne Patterson, both of New York and Leslie Patterson of Lake Worth; two brothers, Robert Stenger and Henry Stenger, both of Ohio; and 11 grandchildren.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Dorsey Funeral Home in suburban Lake Worth.
Services will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Church of the Guardian Angels, Lantana. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery in suburban Lake Worth.
