OBITUARY :
MRS. MARJORIE ANN (RYBACK) AINES, 87, a resident of Providence Place, Chambersburg, PA and formerly of Waynesboro, PA, passed away Monday, March 9, 2015 in the nursing home.

Born December 26, 1927 in Lancaster County, PA, she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Ruth (Miller) Ryback.

Mrs. Aines was a graduate of Merchantville High School in New Jersey with the Class of 1945 and later received her degree as a registered nurse from Cooper Hospital School.

She and her husband, the late Col. Donald S. Aines, Sr., were married November 24, 1951. Mr. Aines passed away July 7, 2011.

Mrs. Aines was employed as a nurse for Lee Nursing home, Annandale, VA for many years.

She enjoyed gardening, birds and knitting items she later would donate to nursing homes. She also was a faithful volunteer, especially while her boys were active in Boy Scouts and youth leagues.

Mrs. Aines is survived by four sons, Deane G. Aines and his wife, Debbie of Manassas, VA, Glen E. Aines and his wife, Theresa of Hamburg, NJ, Donald S. Aines, Jr. and his wife, Jennie of Chambersburg and Paul A. Aines and his wife, Debbie Wright of Bethesda, MD; eight grandchildren, Gabrielle, Deane, Philip, Jason, Alexandra, Maisie, Megan and Laura; and one sister, Ruth Gross of New Jersey.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Miriam Leon and Faye Drake.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Alzheimer's Association, South Central PA Chapter, 3544 N. Progress Avenue, Suite 205, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
