Steve Ray Kincheloe, 58, of Mt. Vernon, IN passed away March 9, 2015 at IU Health University Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. He was born June 28, 1956 in Evansville, IN to Robert and Shirley (Boyd) Kincheloe.
Steve retired from General Electric in 2010. He was a past member of the Elks. He enjoyed golfing, swimming in the pool, and spending time with his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by his mother, Shirley Kincheloe of Mt. Vernon, IN; sons, Taylor Kincheloe and fiancé, Erika Martin of Evansville, IN and Adam Kincheloe of Mt. Vernon, IN; sisters, Debbie Fink (Jim Harper) of New Harmony, IN and Sherri (Gary) Lueder of Mt. Vernon, IN; the mother of his children, Karen Kincheloe of Mt. Vernon, IN; aunts, uncles, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 am Friday, March 13, 2015 at Schneider Funeral Home, 512 Main St. Mt. Vernon, IN with burial to follow in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
