She died at the age of 36 on March 31, 1877, dividing her estate between her husband and her children. They had 4 children: Norma, Malcolm Leonard, Walter C, and Julian Mundord (possibly Montford). Norma sued her father for having mortgaged the properties and won, in Feb, 1898. Julian and Malcolm died before the suit was won. Unfortunately, Norma died only a few months later.
