"Vera Lynn (Sanderson) Brady, 71, Mound City, formerly of St. Joseph, died Monday, June 10, 1996, at the home of her son, John Beesley in Mound City.
She was born near Forest City, Feb. 11, 1925, the daughter of Glen Lee and Inez (Sinclair) Sinclair.
She attended school in St. Joseph and later in Fortescue. On Jan. 21, 1943, she married Donald E. Beesley. He died April 13, 1970.
On Oct. 24, 1973, she married Kelly Jack Brady. They made their home in St. Joseph. Mr. Brady died May 13, 1992.
Employed at Woodson Children's Hospital, St. Joseph, Vera retired in 1992, moving to Oklahoma and recently returning to Holt County.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and two husband. Survivors include a daughter, Donna Kunkel, Omaha, Nebr.; and three sons, David Beesley, Oklahoma City, Okla., Jim Beesley, Houston, Texas, and John Beesley, Mound City; 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Thursday, June 13, at 10 a.m. at Chamberlain Funeral Home, Mound City, with Chaplain Bob Randleman officiating. Burial will be in the Maple Grove Cemetery, Oregon."
