Beverly L. Baker Brungart,74, formerly of 407 McElhattan Ave., Lock Haven, passed away Friday, September 20, 2013 at ManorCare, Jersey Shore.
Beverly was born on June 27, 1939 in Lock Haven to the late Harry and Hazel Williams Baker.
After graduating from high school, she married the love of her life, Rodney Clare Brungart who survives at home.
Beverly worked at Piper Aircraft, Hammermill Paper Company, and Belle Springs Golf Course.
Beverly was an avid golfer and a member of Belle Springs Golf Course. She also loved quilting, sewing, and doing crafts.
In addition to her husband, Beverly is survived by three children: Terri (Stephen) Montarsi of Lock Haven, John (Liz) Brungart of MI, and Rodney (Machelle) Brungart of LA; three siblings: Ronald (Barb) Baker of VA, Judy Mellott of Flemington, and Steve (Peggy) Baker of Woolrich; eight grandchildren; one step-grandchild; and six great grand-children.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 23, 2013 at Sugar Valley Church of the Brethren, 2305 E. Winter Rd., Loganton (Eastville), at 11 a.m. Rev. Ken Guisewite will officiate. Burial will follow at the Sugar Valley Church of the Brethren Cemetery.
