Melvina was born in Nashua on September 28, 1925, a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Zabriska) Klimas. Melvina was the widow of Gerard “Jiggs” Belanger who passed away on April 1, 2008.
Prior to retirement, Melvina worked in packing at Sprague Electric. She loved her grandchildren and enjoyed flowers & gardening. Melvina was predeceased by one son; David Belanger.

Two sons; Kenneth Belanger and his wife Jeannette of Nashua, Peter Belanger and his wife Maria-Jo of Amherst
One daughter; Susan Crocker of Amherst
Seven grandchildren; Joshua, Courtney, Wendy and her husband Kevin, Keith and his wife Sarah, David Jr. and his wife Sheryl, Andrew and his wife Mariea, Christopher and his wife Cheryl
Eight great-grandchildren; Lourdes, Christopher Jr., Jake, Ethan, Kolin, Stella, Brandon, Dillion
As well as many nieces, nephews and cousins
SERVICES: A period of visitation will be held on Tuesday morning beginning at 9:30 AM in the Anctil-Rochette & Son Funeral Home, 21 Kinsley St., Nashua. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 in St. Joseph the Worker Parish, 777 West Hollis Street Nashua, at 10:30 AM. Burial will follow in St. Louis Cemetery.
