The daughter of Ebeneze and Sylvia (Thomas) Ragan, Patricia moved to Alaska in 1981. After living on the Kenai Peninsula and in Interior Alaska, she eventually made Big Lake her home. She was involved in the Last Chance Equine Rescue and published a book, "Mom's Book of Poems Dreams and Inspirations."

Mrs. Weber was preceded in death by her husband, Clark E. Weber. She was survived by her sons, Nicholas, Kenneth S., Jim, and Matt; daughters Tammy L. and Anita L.; and several grandchildren.
