Wife of Curt Allen Brames∼EMY LU BRAMES, 60, passed away Friday, March 13, 2015 at the Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. Born in Bluffton, she was the daughter of Dean and Gelene (McDonald) Brickley. Emy enjoyed sewing, crafts, decorating, and her pets; but more than anything she loved to spoil her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Curt Brames of Grabill; children; Jeremie Brames and Pattrick Brames both of Grabill; Shawna Saylor of Angola, Kimberly (Jacob) Treager of Fort Wayne and Leslie (James) Wonderly of Springfield, S.D.; parents, Dean and Gelene Brickley of Ossian; siblings, Duke Brickley of Waynedale, Linda (James) Gerber of Florida, Cheryl (Dick) Bunn of Ossian, and Jeanne (Paul) Fate of Uniondale; six grandchildren; and four (almost five) great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister, Jacklyn Brickley. Funeral service is 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven with calling one hour prior. Pastor Chad Clark officiating. Calling also from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
