A native of Salem, Va., he was born on September 6, 1894 and was a son of the late Amos and Isabella (Aliff) Agee.
Besides his wife, Mrs. Erma (Stump) Agee, he is survived by a son, Harold Agee, Clifton Forge, Va.; a brother, Frank Agee, Fayetteville; a sister, Mrs. Minnie Hunt, Natural Bridge, Va., and two grandchildren.
A veteran of World War I, Mr. Agee was a member of St. John's Methodist Church, charter member and past commander of General Garnett Post VFW, here, member of Rebekah Lodge 95, member and financial secretary of Parsons Lodge 39 IOOF.
The body is at the Greenlief Funeral Home where a service will be conducted tomorrow at 2 p.m. with Rev. Joseph Stump and Rev. A. Brook Withers officiating.
Interment will be in Parsons City Cemetery
