Palladium-Item, Richmond, IN, Tuesday, April 10, 1928: Miss Mary Etta Dayhuff. Greenville, Ohio, April 19 - Miss Mar Etta Dayhuff, 74 years old, of this city, died Sunday morning at 12:30 at the home of her sister, Mrs. F. E. Casement, 209 Sweitzer Street. Her death was caused by paralysis, she having suffered a stroke Friday night. Miss Dayhuff was born at Paoli, Ind. She came here four years ago to make her home with Mrs. Casement. She was a member of the First Presbyterian church, of this city. A short funeral service was held at the late home Monday afternoon at 2:30. Rev. McCulloch officiated. The body was taken to Paoli, Ind., Tuesday for burial. She is survived only by Mrs. Casement, of this city, and another sister, Ellen Dayhuff, of Paoli, Ind.
