Amber was born Oct of 1983 the first child of Greg Whitaker and Sande Smith.Amber was a delightful and imaginative child.She graduated saultatorian of her senior class with an award for achievement in math. Amber wanted to become a sound engineer and was all set to go to Orlando to follow her dreams when in July 2012 she was diagnosed with stage 3 multiple myeloma cancer. She had a bone marrow transplant with her sister Annah as the donor in Jan 2013,she was cancer free for 3 months than it came back with a vengence. They tried every treatment available until Oct 2013 when all treatment failed. Amber was a fighter and fought for every moment until Jan 9 2014 she peacefully passed at Hospice of Naples with her Mother and sister Annah by her side.Amber was cremated and her remains are with her father and grandmother.She will always be remembered for her beautiful smile, her courage and her unselfish spirit
