In Memory of...

Ronald “Steve” Boyter, 69, passed away March 18, 2015.

Funeral services will be at 6:00PM on Monday, March 23, 2015 in the chapel of Hart’s at the Cupola, 6324 Peake Road, with Janet Tidwell officiating. Family will greet friends following the service at the Cupola. Burial will be private in Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Milledgeville.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Methodist Children Home, PO Box 2525, Macon, Georgia 31203.

Mr. Boyter was a veteran of the United States Army, serving in Vietnam. He was awarded the U.S. Army Commendation Medal. He was loved and adored by his wife of 50 years, Tommie Gowen Boyter, his children, and grandchildren. He loved his Atlanta Braves and his Atlanta Falcons, and was an avid NASCAR fan.

Mr. Boyter was the son of the late Alexander Boyter and the late Mattie Beeks Boyter, he was also predeceased by his wife and brothers, Keith Boyter and Sherman Boyter.

Survivors include his daughter, Tiffany Cusson (David); son, Ron Boyter (Marcy Smith); and grandchildren, Charlie Boyter, Alex Boyter, Carter Cusson, and Isabelle Cusson.

Hart’s Mortuary at the Cupola has charge of arrangements.
