Warrender, Mary Ethel, 89, of Denver, Colo., formerly of Wichita and Topeka, former school teacher, tutor and real estate agent, died Monday, May 8, 2000. Memorial service 11 a.m. Saturday, Trinity Lutheran Church, Topeka.

Survivors: sons, Charles, Robert; brothers, Leroy Lawrence of Wichita, Morris Lawrence of Rogers, Ark.; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren. Memorial has been established with Door Step. Crown Hill Mortuary, Denver.

Mary E. Warrender, 89, of Lakewood died May 8. Services were May 13, with burial in Kansas. Mrs. Warrender was born in Braman, Okla., on Aug. 14, 1910. She married Charles Warrender. She was an RSVP coordinator in Newcastle. Survivors include sons Robert of Evergreen and Charles of Kansas; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
