Daughter of Edgar Koleman Sisco & Nettie Mae Alley. Due to her Mother's illness, Roberta quit school and was the caregiver for her Mother and helped with her Father by cooking and cleaning. She had a special teacher that brought her school work to do and this Teacher was helpful to Roberta. The kind teacher told Roberta she had a beautiful penmanship. That gave Roberta more confidence.
She watched Little House on the Pairire …The Waltons …
She is my mother in law and I am Proud of Her. She showed her children and grandchildren and myself, Respect and Love. Precious Memories that last a Lifetime.
When she was in her 60's she was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and survived through
Mastectomy Breast surgery.

Roberta was employed with May Hosiery Mill before her employment with the Nashville Metropolitan School System to be near her children.
She and Pop Loved Christmas morning Breakfast, as every family member gathered at their home [as their three children married and shared holidays with their children etc, We arrived Early on Christmas morning to visit them. This is missed by his younger son M Jr.
