Mrs. Burnett died at 11:45 a.m. Wednesday at Massac Memorial Hospital.
She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
Mrs. Burnett was preceded in death by her husband, Andy Burnett, two sisters, and three brothers. Her parents were Almus and Antha Smith Farris.
Mrs. Burnett is survived by one son, Jack Burnett Sr. of Troy; two sisters, Irmalee McBride of Evansville, Ind., and Mary Alice Lott of Metropolis; one brother, Earl Farris of Evansville; three grandchildren, Jack Burnett Jr., of Atlanta, Debbie Brewer of Marietta, Ga., and Sue McCrone of Columbia, Mo.; and four great-grandchildren.
