Fred Allen Prince, 71, of Fred Prince Drive, Elberton, died Sunday, Dec. 12, 2004.

Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in Elmhurst Cemetery.

Survivors include three sisters, Frannie Ruth Mauldin of Elberton, Ada Graham of Decatur, and Louise Thomas of Atlanta; two brothers, Larry Prince of Elberton, and Horace Ray Prince of Douglasville.
