Mrs. Mathilda Aumann, 89, a resident four years at St.
Mary Home, Manitowoc, died Saturday night at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, where she had been confined a week.
Funeral services will be at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at Pfeffer
Funeral Home, Manitowoc, and at 9 a.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church. The Rev. Clement P. Kern will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Mrs. Aumann, nee Sevalsen, was born Nov. 9, 1869, at Oslo, Norway, daughter of the late Hellik and Maren Hansen Sevalsen. She came to the Unted States as a young girl and settled at Chicago, later coming to Manitowoc where in 1889 she was married to Frank Aumann. He died in 1942. Mrs. Aumann was a charter member of the Christian Mothers Society
of St. Paul Church.

She is survived by two sons, Reuben and Cliff at Manitowoc, a sister in Norway, four grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. A daughter, Mrs. Walter Lauer, died in 1923.

Friends may call at the funeral home. The Rosary was recited there at 4 o’clock and will be recited again at 7 o’clock this Monday evening by members of the parish.
