Billy Bobby Brittain, 78, formerly from George Hildebran School Rd., Connelly Springs, N. C., was a son to the late Freddie Ervin and Georgia Settlemyre Brittain. He was preceded in death by sisters; Maudie Reep and Frances Brittain; brothers, Preston Brittain, Julius Brittain, Enos Brittain and Alvin Brittain.
Billy was a member of Abee's Chapel Baptist Church, retired from Southern Bell Phone Co. and served in the Army during the Korean Conflict.
Interment in Catawba Memorial Park with graveside military honors conducted by American Legion Post #48.
