Ray Austin Pulliam and Amanda Joye Clark Pulliam, both 35 passed away April 5th 2015 at their home in South Charleston. The two had been inseparable since they were 16 years old and were joined in marriage on November 20, 1999.

Austin was preceded in death by his father Brad Pulliam.

Austin was a devoted father and husband and beloved family member. He was best known for his sense of humor and smile. He was a people person who touched anyone that was fortunate enough to meet him. Austin had a lifelong passion for cooking. He was a Life Boy Scout and involved in sports and was a musician. Austin will be missed by many.

Amanda was known for her abilities as an amazing athlete. She was a force to be reckoned with on the softball field and the volleyball court. Amanda was adored by all for her outgoing personality, compassion for others and contagious smile. She was always involved in the activities and sports in which her children participated. Her husband and children were the life in which she breathed. She was dedicated to making sure her family was happy and healthy
They were both believers of Christ and believed to be with him now.

They are survived by their three children, Zaine Pulliam 15, Arianna Pulliam 11, Zoie Pulliam 8, Austin’s mother and father, Belinda and Roger Crookshanks; Amanda’s mother, Madeline Clark ; Austin’s grandmother, Arleen Pike ; Amanda’s grandmother, Minnie Clark; Austin’s siblings, Zach Pulliam, Jason Crookshanks and Claire Pulliam and a multitude of other loving family members.
Funeral service will be held at 7:00pm Thursday April 9, 2015 at Bartlett-Chapman Funeral Home, St. Albans with the Rev. Tim Pauley officiating.

Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
