On Wednesday, May 25, 1983, Dr. Charles Herbert Marshall, Jr., beloved husband of Mrs. Esther T. Marshall; devoted father of Charles Herbert Marshall III; grandfather of Samson Andrew Marshall; father-in-law of Catherine Millis Marshall. He also is survived by other relatives and many friends.
Friends are invited to call at the Nineteenth Street Baptist Church, 16th and Crittenden Sts., NW, from 6 to 9pm., Friday, May 27. Funeral service at the church on Saturday, May 28, at 1pm. Relatives and friends are invited. In lieu of flowers, it is suggested a contribution be made to the Lighthouse for the Blind.
