Death of Shickshinny Woman
Mrs. George Yale, aged 73, of Shickshinny, a former resident of Plymouth, died at the Wyoming Valley Homeopathic Hospital yesterday after undergoing an operation for cancer. Deceased spent the past few months with her daughter, Mrs. Edward Pickering of Boston Hill. She went to the hospital on Monday and was operated on yesterday. Mr. Yale died last April. She is survived by the following children: Willis, George and William Yale of Shickshinny, Lewis Yale, Mrs. Edward Pickering and Mrs. Philip Jones of Larksville. She was well and favorably known on the West Side and in her home town.
