Albert was born November 14, 1956 in Amarillo to Jack and Myrtle Tollett Blanks. He had been a lifetime resident of Memphis and was in law enforcement prior to his retirement. He enjoyed hunting arrowheads and spending time with his great nephew, Justavian. He was a member of the Memphis Church of Christ.
PRECEDED IN DEATH BY – his parents.
SURVIVORS – a sister, Madonna McLaughlin of San Antonio; 2 nephews, Justin Hernandez and wife Jennifer of Memphis and Johnny Brighton of Ft. Pierce, Florida; and 3 great nieces and nephews, Justavian, Jace, and Jada.
