He is survived by his sisters, Anna Daous, Anna L. Jones and Linda Algood; and brother, Raymond Billiot.
He was preceded in death by his father, Clifton Billiot; mother, Viola Rodrigue Billiot; and sisters, Pauline Chiasson and Bertha Chauvin.
