Janet Marie Anderson, 71, of Corydon, died Friday, April 10, 2015. She was born August 19, 1943, in Seymour, Indiana, to the late Kenneth M. and Lois Marie Foster Deputy. She was a loving mother and grandmother, was a former real estate agent with her long time friend, Norma Willoughby, for Schuler Bauer Real Estate in Corydon, was formerly employed at Beehive Assisted Living in Georgetown, was employed at a shoe factory in Madison, Indiana, was an assistant clerk for the New Middletown town board and was a member of the United Methodist faith. She attended business college in Louisville and loved reading, traveling out west, watching TV, doing word search puzzles, listening to music, and most of all, going with her son-in-law to see the Hard Core Country Band.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Roger K. Anderson and her sister, Sarah Wiseman.

Survivors include her daughters, Cynthia Marie Stonecipher (Walter) of Corydon and Tina Michelle Taylor of New Middletown; her brothers, Malcolm Deputy (Lottie) of Versailles, Indiana and Kenny Deputy (Marty) of Bowling Green, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Gregory and Ryan Stonecipher, Paige and Callie Taylor and Shirley Deann Wolfe.

There will be a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 18, 2015, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon. Burial will be in Blue River Chapel Cemetery near Corydon.
