She was born in England January 23,1868,daughter of Samuel and Eliza Yeadon Sheard,and came to this country when she was eight years old. She lived in the town of Whitestown 28 years,but for the last 12 years has made her home here.
She was married to Mr Ferry in 1886. They celebrated their golden wedding anniversary in December,1936.
She attended St.Mark's Episcopal Church.
