During WWII, she worked in the accounting department of the F.B.I. Later, she worked in the tube room at the Boston Store, and was a phone surveyor for Kelly Services. Mae was a member of Blessed Sacrament Church and volunteered in the church food pantry. She enjoyed playing cards, traveling, solving crossword puzzles, and was a member of Asbury Senior Citizens.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William A. "Bill" Abram, two sisters, and a brother.
Survivors include her children, William A. Abram, Jr., wife Mary Frances, of Overland Park, Kan., Pamela Drylewicz, husband Ted, of Erie, Gary Abram, wife Marjorie, of Chardon, Ohio, and Phillip Abram, wife Janet, of Bloomfield Hills, Mich.; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Burial will be in Gate of Heaven.
