He was Chief of Police in Charles Town, WV at the time of his death.∼Funeral services will be held in Charles Town, WV, on Tuesday, August 16, for Theodore Washington Allen, age 55, veteran member of the Charles Town police force. Mr. Allen, who died August 14 at his home after suffering a heart attack, had spent 20 years on the force and served as chief of police during World War II.
