Born in Pueblo, CO. Raised in California and Oregon. Married Teresa R Heilman in the 1940's. Bill worked at Ivy Green Cemetary in Bremerton and also at PSNS, Bremerton; retired in 1971 a few months before he died. He and Teresa had 3 children: William J Bumcrot, Gary J Bumcrot, and Linda T. Bumcrot(Duzenski). He was an avid fisherman and loved telling jokes and funny stories. His family loved him very much.
