Claudia Theresa Luptak, 89, of Blue River died Monday, May 22, 2006 at Pine Valley Healthcare. She was born September 29, 1916 in Chicago the daughter of James and Theresa (Kopecky) Fanta. On September 2, 1939 Claudia married John Luptak in Chicago. Claudia is survived by her husband John of Blue River, three daughters Janice Wiser of Blue River, Mary Johnson of Richland Center, Carol (Tom) Stedman of New Port, Oregon, 9 grandchildren, Christopher and Robert Wiser, Theresa (Mike) Fields, Eve (Clark) Roberts, Jackie Dishler, Norman Jorgensen, Michelle Jorgensen, Kari and Thomas Stedman, 9 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, sister Frances Dillow of Galliton, Tennessee, many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Claudia was preceded in death by her parents, 9 brothers and sisters, great-grandson Derrick Dishler, two son-in-laws Don Johnson and Ardith Wiser, 5 sister-in-laws, 6 brother-in-laws. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 26, 2006 at 11:00 AM at the Pratt Memorial Chapel with Father Emmanuel Famiyeh officiating with burial to follow in the Tavera Cemetery. Friends may call at the Pratt Memorial Chapel on Thursday, May 25, 2006 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM, with a rosary to be held at 5:15 PM. The Pratt Funeral Service is assisting the family with their arrangements.
