She was the daughter of Matau Booker and Gertrude Thomas,educated in the Bibb County Public Schools,member of New Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church and member of Golden Member(50+) of the church.Viola worked worked for Parts Central Inc,retiring after 30 years of service. Survived by her son Victor(Cynthia)Booker,daughter LaTanya Booker,two brothers,three sisters,one uncle and three grandchildren.Funeral June 9,2006 at New Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church.Burial at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
