Alberta C. Klein, 87, years of age, became Our Gift to God on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at Anna Maria of Aurora, Ohio. Mrs. Klein was God's Gift to Us on July 21, 1927 in Cleveland, Ohio, the daughter of the late Albert W. and Cecilia H. (Smithson) Mahon. A homemaker, Mrs. Klein formerly resided in Brooklyn Hts., moving to Streetsboro in 1991. She had been employed at Uncle Bills in Parma as a clerk for 20 years. Mrs. Klein was a faithful member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Streetsboro, being active in the Alter & Rosary Society and Red Hats Society of her church. She enjoyed playing cards as a pastime, yet spending time with and sharing her love with her family will forever be the memories that they will have of mom and their grandmother. On November 9, 1946, she married Alexander Klein who preceded her in death in 1991. Also preceding was her son William Klein in 1971, and daughters Deborah A. Olszko in 1989 and Marie C. Klein in 1950.
Survivors include her children Kevin (Nadine) Klein of Brunswick Hills, Ohio and Dorothy "Dottie" (Jeff) Freyhauf of Mantua, 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Calling hours will be Sunday from 1:00 P.M.-3:00 P.M. & 5:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M. at the Green Family Funeral Home & Crematory Service, 4668 Pioneer Trail at the corner of St. Rt. 44, Mantua, Ohio 44255.
