Mrs. Brown was born August 18, 1949 in White County to Joe Cecil Stacy and the late
Betty Jane Looney Stacy.
She was a retired apartment office manager. Mrs. Brown is also preceded in death by her mother-in-law Edith Elizabeth Clemons Brown. (#61585943)
