Mrs. Smith was a member of the Christian Church and Order of the Eastern Star in Bainbridge.
Survivors include two other daughters, Mrs. Beulahbell Paine of Indianapolis and Mrs. Mabel Southerlin of Colonia, N.Y.; two sons, Noble Smith of Kempton and Pertel Smith of Lizton; two brothers, Ben and Ernest Barrick, both of Indianapolis, and a sister, Mrs. Elma Hoover of Bainbridge.
