Orrin J. Kelley, 73, died at his home at Dalton Monday at 3:30 a.m. He was born at Dalton August 23, 1865. During the past four years he had been in very ill health and was not able to be away from his home for any great length of time. During most of his life he was engaged in farming and butchering. Besides his widow he is survived by two sons, Everest and Florres both of Dalton, and nine grandchildren. Funeral services were held from the family home Wednesday afternoon with Rev. F.M. Karr of Swain officiating. Burial was made in Union cemetery.
