Victoria "Tori" Alexis Felsher, 22, of Biloxi, MS, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 24, 2005 in Biloxi.Tori was a lifelong resident of Biloxi, where she volunteered her time to several Biloxi traditions, such as the Biloxi Shrimp Festival and Blessing of the Fleet. Tori was crowned 2000 Biloxi Shrimp Festival Queen. She was a 2001 Mercy Cross graduate and had planned to seek a career in the nursing field. She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church in Biloxi, MS. Her joys were photography and expressing her creative side through poetry and art. She was employed with World Gym. She is sadly missed by all who loved her. She was loving and caring and will be missed but not forgotten and will always be in our hearts. She will be forever young and beautiful as we treasure the moments we had with her. We love you. She leaves to cherish her memories: her mother and step-father, Victoria and Bernard Caprai of Ocean Springs; one brother, Desmond "Chris" Felsher and wife Rhea of Ocean Springs; two sisters, Stacey McGuire Senseney and husband Kerry of Ocean Springs, and Gretchen Waaga Richert and husband Chris of Covington, LA; nieces and nephews, Hillarie Orgeron, Kerry B. Senseney, Hannah Senseney, Caroline Richert, Brady Richert and Haden Felsher. Other survivors include: Harvey and Melanie Felsher, John and Allison Felsher, Kevin and Crystal Felsher, Roger "Poochie" Broussard, Charles "Chucky" Waaga, Phoebe Richert Williamson, Elizabeth Hurley, Rebecca Worrell and Amber Santa Cruz, all of Biloxi. She was also adored by a special companion, Shane Landry. She was also preceded in death by her father, Desmond L. "D.L." Felsher, Jr. of Biloxi; maternal grandparents, Lola Broussard Kopszywa and Relius Derouen of Biloxi, Stanley J. Kopszywa of Biloxi; and paternal grandparents, Gloria Mabry Felsher and Desmond L. Felsher, Sr. of Biloxi and Uncle John Alfred Felsher who was killed in Veitnam at the age of 19 in 1969. He is listed on the Vietnam wall in Washington, Panel 22W - Line 64.

Tori died unexpectedly in her sleep.
