Mr. Neisler was born in Banks County to Charles Walter Neisler, Sr. and Jessie Virginia Brown Neisler. In addition to his parents Mr. Neisler was preceded in death by brother, Joe Neisler and sisters, Sybil Marlow and Pauline Doss. He was retired from Wayne Poultry Farms in Pendergrass.

Funeral services will be Friday April 24, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. from the Chapel of Ivie Funeral Home with the Rev. Larry Montgomery officiating. Interment will follow in Grey Hill Cemetery.

Ivie Funeral Home of Commerce is in charge of arrangements.
