North Utah Man Killed In Rollover
Washakie-Ronald D. Neaman, 20, of Washakie, Box Elder County, died Tuesday night following an automobile accident near American Falls, Idaho, officials reported today.
Deputy Don Glenn of the Power County Sheriff's Office said today Mr. Neaman was fatally injured when his car left a state road near here and rolled over.
He said Mr. Neaman was thrown from the car which apparently rolled over him. A passenger, Christine Charley of Star Route, Pocatello, was injured.
Mr. Neaman was born Nov. 18, 1951, in Malad, Idaho, the son of Linford and Margaret Perdash Neaman.
He was reared in Washakie and educated in Oklahoma boarding school. He served with the U.S. Army in Germany from 1970 to 1972. He was a member of the LDS Church.
Survivors include two brothers and seven sisters, Miss Dessie Neaman, Larry Neaman, Clayton Neaman, Washakie; Mrs. Elva Schram, Miss Kathy Neaman and Elid Neaman, Boise, Idaho; Mrs. Darlene Taylor, Springfield, Ore.; Mrs. Linda Lou Hernandez, Miss Cindy Neaman, Mountain Home, Idaho.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Portage LDS Ward Chapel. Friends may call at the Rogers Mortuary in Tremonton Friday 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday at the family home in Washakie from 10 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
Burial will be in Washakie Cemetery.
