Mrs. Barr was born June 9, 1922, in Grant County, W.Va., and was a daughter of the late Saulie and Ethel (Moyers) Moyers.
Her husband, Vance W. Barr, preceded her in death in February 1989.
Survivors include a daughter, Donna Alexander of Moorefield; a stepdaughter Betty Dolly of Rig, W.Va.; a stepson, Richard Barr of Derwood, Md.; two sisters, Alice Veach of Arthur, W.Va., and Cleta Cullers of Broadway; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
The Rev. Lynn Rohrbaugh will conduct the funeral at 5 p.m. Sunday at Fraley Funeral Home in Moorefield, W.Va., where the family will receive friends from 3-5 p.m. Sunday. Her body will be cremated following the service.
