She was a homemaker, and was born July 27, 1957. Survivors include her husband, Terry Blackwell of Type; her parents, Harold E. and Esther Rowland of Taylor; a son and daughter-in-law, Mathias and Jessica Muegge of Grapeland; a daughter and son-in-law, Kristine and Clayton Sankey of Round Rock; a stepson, Randy Blackwell of Corsicana; a stepdaughter, Tami Blackwell of Type; two brothers and sisters-in-law, James and Marilyn Rowland of Taylor and Paul and Vickie Rowland of Shiloh; her mother-in-law, Jo Schroeder of Type; and a grandson.
